What these calculators do

The six calculators are age (years, months, and days, including an “age as of” date), percentage (percent of, what percent, change, increase, and decrease), BMI for adults in metric or imperial units, a date calculator for day differences and adding days, EMI on a reducing-balance formula, and a unit converter for length, weight, temperature, and volume.

BMI uses adult WHO-style bands and is not a diagnosis for children. EMI ignores fees, insurance, and prepayment charges. Temperature conversions use offset formulas; other units use fixed factors, and gallons are US liquid gallons. None of these pages submits a form or stores a profile.

How to use it

1. Open the calculator that matches the question. Use Income Tax or GST pages under Finance if the question is about Indian tax.
2. Enter the numbers in the units the form asks for. For age, set the reference date to the cut-off if it is not today.
3. Read the result and the notes under the form. EMI and BMI are estimates, not offers or medical advice.
4. If you need the formula written out, open the related guide where one exists, or the methodology page for finance tools.
